Fast and efficient e-filing system

e-BRIDGE Viewer offers you a simple way to find documents that may be stored in the Toshiba MFP’s e-FILING system or on the user’s PC. By simply turning the mouse wheel, e-BRIDGE Viewer displays the documents as a thumbnail image without the need to think about file names or keywords. Both the folder structure and built-in file filter help narrow the search even further. Each category and file is identified as a colour in a ribbon on the right side of the screen. This allows the user to build up a quick find library of their own scanned documents.

This new and simple approach not only finds documents with ease but also allows you to print, forward to email, add sticky notes and even open in the original application.

e-BRIDGE Viewer also manages incoming faxes. The user is automatically notified at their desktop that a fax has been received. Conveniently the user can then preview, print, email or delete as required.
